Interested in working at our pristine resort to make up for some or all of your cost of stay?

What Is A Workcamper?

A workcamper is someone who lives in an RV and works at an RV campground in exchange for a free campsite and/or wages. Workamping is a great way to travel the country, meet new people, and save money on your RV expenses.

Here at Honey Bear By The Sea, we love working with couples and individuals alike who can assist in a wide variety of jobs around the park.

The specific duties of a work camper job will vary depending on the time of year and the position. However, our work camper jobs typically offer a combination of some of the following benefits:

  • Free campsite
  • Wages
  • Discounted or free amenities, such as laundry, showers
  • Opportunity to meet new people and learn about different cultures

Potential Jobs Available:

Front desk: Greeting guests, answering questions, and providing information about the campground. Taking reservations, checking guests in and out, and selling souvenirs. Selling groceries, camping supplies, and souvenirs. Leading nature walks, campfire programs, and other activities for guests.

Maintenance: Mowing lawns, weed eating, general rv park maintenance, cleaning facilities, and making repairs
